Submit Your Story here!
1.) Read all directions on this page, and visit the participating page.
2.) Record your story (audio or video) (2-5 minutes). If your file is too big it may not upload.
3.) You have 2 options! Either email as an attachment to [email protected] or use the form below. You can also include your photos. Photos that show people, however, must have written consent to be published.
4.) If you have any difficulty (file to big?) or questions (want to include photos of people?) email us and we will try to solve your problem.

Self-guided story telling experience.
First, make sure that you have an audio or video recorder ready. Test to make sure that it works (record a few works and play back).
Is it ready?
Yes? Good. Now we will find your story.
Take a moment to slowly read the categories listed below. Think of it like a meditative process of remembering, like journal writing or dreaming.
Pay attention if you think about one category for a longer time than another.
Does one category cause you to feel something? Do you remember...? Is it something that you feel you should talk about?
Choose a category that interests you, and think of an example from your life. Is there a person, or an experience that comes to mind? Think of a specific experience. Where were you? What was the environment like? How were you feeling? What colors did you see?
